Navigate to the "Wholesale Hub" > "Affiliate Program"
Then select "Links"
From there, you will be able to see your unique HELLA AWESOME affiliate link and even a QR code for that link that you can for your guests to select.
That link will take your clients to our website, and it won't appear different than normal for them, but a cookie has been installed on that device that will link any orders from that device up to you for the next 365 days. Once they complete their first order, from then on, they will be attached to your account as Lifetime Customers anytime they return to the site to make a purchase using the same email address.
The best thing to do is directly share your affiliate link with your clients to click on. Many affiliates post their unique link on their social media and websites. You can even purchase referral cards from us which will have your link and QR code to make it easy for them while they're in the salon.
Without that, if a customer simply writes your name into their order notes manually we will link up the referral on our side.
We only offer this program to wholesale accounts -- we don't include influencers or the media -- we're here to support small business salons, barbershops, apothecaries, and lifestyle boutiques.
Our current program offers 25% referral commission on all online retail purchases before tax & shipping -- which is now paid out in cash! You can log into your affiliate portal to add your bank info so when you do get those referrals you can have them deposited directly into your bank account or debit card.
